What happened to Nana:
Nana, my Frenchie bulldog, has an IVDD history. We never let her jump on/off any furniture or climb stairs since her first flared up. Unfortunately, 2 years later, her Intervertebral disc extrusion still caused her giant pain and sudden paralysis.
We rushed her to ER right away. When she's in ER, she also suffered respiratory distress due to pain and panic. The breathing difficulty put her life in danger. She had to stay in an Oxygen cage because of lung infection and cough blood caused by respiratory distress. The medical bill is extremely high to save her but we would never give her up. Luckily she is survived and able to breathe on her own. She's home now and ready for recovery! We will do our best to help her walk again!
The estimated quote was $23000 but eventually we paid $14823 because Nana stayed in the hospital shorter than the doctor estimated. Our pet insurance will cover $7500 but the rest of the bill is still huge. We spent most of our funds on our rescued Pug, Juju, who had a Cancer history. That's why we need this fundraising to help Nana's vet bill. All the fundraising orders will also support the fees of Nana's physical therapies and acupunctures 4 weeks later. Fundraising Products Processing time:
If it's not a handmade order, we will ship your order in one, for handmade order, it's 2 weeks. But please allow us to have several days delayed if there's a sudden situation happens on Nana. Handmade items are a time-consuming process and I'm not a quick sewer lol. Right now I'm working 12 hrs per day also spent lots of time on Nana's daily care and medical support.

Please note that production time and shipping time is different. Please understand every handmade item is sewn by hand which is a time-consuming process. Everything is made by order and I'm a one person shop. I'm experiencing high volumes of orders. The processing time varies depends on how many orders I currently have.
Please send me a note so that I can start to work on your order! I create each item by hand which is a time-consuming process because of the quality of my work so to keep it fair for all of my customers I do charge a rush fee. It means I have to work your order in midnight. Business days don't include holidays or weekend ). I charge rush order by "per item". So if you purchase three items, please put "3" on the quantity.
I ship by USPS first class mail with tracking number. You can choose to upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority mail or Express when you checkout. Please understand that I have no control if the delay causes by USPS.
Please note that shipping times are only an estimate and not a guarantee.
I can't guarantee the actual delivery time if the delay caused by the carrier, weather, being stolen, and so on... And the order is non-returnable.
We ship worldwide! I shipped it by tracking number. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
Cancellation policy:
After March 1, 2020, Shopify will no longer refund the transaction fee to sellers when the buyer cancels the order.
So if the buyer decides to cancel the order, we will charge a 3% restocking fee. (That's the transaction fee we pay to Shopify) We appreciate your understanding!
For all the products, if the issue is MY FAULT or a manufacturing issue I will definitely take care of it. Please contact me in 7 days if you don't feel satisfied with your order.
It is important for the buyer to read through the descriptions and order the correct size. Please understand that I can't resell an item that your pet has tried on. And 90% of the price in each item is the cost of the time to make these items.
