Please note that production time and shipping time is different. Please understand every handmade item is sewn by hand which is a time-consuming process. Everything is made by order and I'm a one person shop. I'm experiencing high volumes of orders. The processing time varies depends on how many orders I currently have.
Please send me a note so that I can start to work on your order! I create each item by hand which is a time-consuming process because of the quality of my work so to keep it fair for all of my customers I do charge a rush fee. It means I have to work your order in midnight. Business days don't include holidays or weekend ). I charge rush order by "per item". So if you purchase three items, please put "3" on the quantity.
I ship by USPS first class mail with tracking number. You can choose to upgrade the shipping to USPS Priority mail or Express when you checkout. Please understand that I have no control if the delay causes by USPS.
Please note that shipping times are only an estimate and not a guarantee.
I can't guarantee the actual delivery time if the delay caused by the carrier, weather, being stolen, and so on... And the order is non-returnable.
We ship worldwide! I shipped it by tracking number. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
After March 1, 2020, Shopify will no longer refund the transaction fee to sellers when the buyer cancels the order.
So if the buyer decides to cancel the order, we will charge a 3% restocking fee. (That's the transaction fee we pay to Shopify) We appreciate your understanding!
For all the products, if the issue is MY FAULT or a manufacturing issue I will definitely take care of it. Please contact me in 7 days if you don't feel satisfied with your order.
It is important for the buyer to read through the descriptions and order the correct size. Please understand that I can't resell an item that your pet has tried on. And 90% of the price in each item is the cost of the time to make these items.
